- Be ready for the weekend
- Review of movement patterns, videos of previous session, game or practice, Rapsodo technology, preset mechanics, timing of all three velocities, and batting specific drills and stations
- Tee Work, Front Toss, Hack Attacks, and Live BP to finish the day

Each session player receives a personally designed workout by Capitals Performance Training (CaPT) led by Coach Lance Stevens.
Times (1 hour workout):
-6:00-7:00pm
-6:30-7:30pm
-7:00-8:00pm
